Grilled Sweet Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes -- you choose how many
Peel sweet potatoes and slice into 1/3-inch discs. Place in a pot with
enough cold, salted water to cover. Boil over medium heat for 4
minutes, drain, and cool.
Preheat grill, spray potatoes with cooking spray. Cook on grill on top
of aluminum foil.
